Basic Employment Practices and Qualifications for a New
Driver
1. Minimum age of 18 for shop or office positions, and 23 for Commercial
Drivers.
2. Minimum
experience of 2 years operating tractor - trailer combinations for all
Commercial Driver Positions.
3. Commercial drivers are required to possess, furnish a copy, and certify
to holding only one CDL Class A Commercial Drivers License

Motor Vehicles (CMV) will be required to submit to, and successfully complete a

the application, the applicant must not have incurred any serious traffic
· Excessive speeding, involving any single offense for any speed of 15 miles per hour or more

· Reckless driving, as defined by State or local law or regulation, including but not
limited to offenses of driving a CMV in
